EVENT PLANNER

EDUCATIONAL PRESENTER
Responsibilities: Deliver presentations on assigned educational topics at PPES seminars, conferences, and workshops. Share expert knowledge and practical strategies to engage and inform educators, administrators, and parents. Provide high-quality presentations tailored to the specific needs of each event's audience.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Expertise in one or more educational topics such as special education, reading instruction, or curriculum development. Prior experience in public speaking and presenting at professional events.
READING TUTOR
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring to students in reading. Assess students' reading abilities, develop personalized lesson plans, and monitor progress. Utilize data to track student improvement and adapt instructional strategies as needed. Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure comprehensive student support.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or reading instruction. Experience working with K-12 students in literacy development, with a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
MATH TUTOR
Responsibilities: Offer individualized or small-group math tutoring to students in need of extra support. Assess math abilities, design personalized tutoring sessions, and use data to track student progress. Collaborate with school staff and parents to align tutoring goals with classroom objectives.

DEAN OF STUDENTS

Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student behavioral issues and develop intervention plans. Support student success by promoting a culture of respect and accountability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, school administration, or a related field. Experience in school leadership or student management, with strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT
Responsibilities: Provide consulting services to schools, focusing on instructional improvement, curriculum development, and staff professional development. Collaborate with school administrators to assess needs and develop strategies for improving student performance. Lead workshops, seminars, and on-site coaching sessions for teachers.

EDUCATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities: Lead the sales team responsible for promoting and selling PPES programs and services to schools and districts. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Build relationships with school administrators, negotiate contracts, and oversee the sales process. Mentor and train sales staff to achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, business, or sales. Proven experience in educational sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
EDUCATIONAL SALESPERSON
Responsibilities: Sell PPES educational programs and services to individual schools and districts. Identify potential clients, present PPES offerings, and negotiate contracts. Build relationships with school leaders and decision-makers to meet sales targets. Work closely with the sales manager to refine sales strategies and achieve performance goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience in selling educational products or services.
EVENT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities: Assist the Event Planner in managing logistics for educational events, including registration, venue setup, and coordinating event staff. Ensure smooth operations during events, handle attendee inquiries, and provide support to presenters and exhibitors. Assist with event marketing and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in event management, education, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in coordinating events, particularly in educational settings.
ADVERTISING AND SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities: Develop and execute advertising campaigns to promote PPES events, programs, and services. Oversee all marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and digital advertising. Work with the sales team to develop promotional strategies that drive engagement and sales. Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, or a related field. Experience in advertising, sales, and marketing within the educational sector.
SCHOOL-WIDE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities: Coordinate school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student performance, parent involvement, and teacher professional development. Collaborate with school administrators and PPES consultants to implement programs that align with school goals. Monitor the progress of school-wide interventions and report outcomes to key stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education or school leadership. Experience in managing school-wide programs and initiatives, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
PARENT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between schools and parents, fostering engagement and participation in school activities. Organize parent workshops, events, and meetings to support student learning at home. Help parents navigate school resources and provide guidance on how to support their child’s education.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field. Experience working with parents and communities in an educational setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR
Responsibilities: Plan and oversee extracurricular and enrichment activities for students in collaboration with school staff.
