Initial Consultation with Schools: PPES Inc. will conduct an initial consultation to understand the specific needs of the school and tailor the program accordingly.
Customized Training Plans: The program will be customized based on the school’s specific substitute teacher needs, taking into account the grade levels and subjects most often covered by substitutes.
Ongoing Assessment and Improvement: Regular assessment of the program’s effectiveness, with adjustments made based on feedback from substitutes, teachers, and school administrators.
