At PPES Inc., we empower parents with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate the educational system confidently.

Our parent hotline is available from 9 am – 9 pm, Monday through Friday to families nationwide, providing immediate support whenever it's needed.

PPES Inc’s Parent Support Hotline offers a lifeline to parents who face everyday challenges with their children, whether in elementary or high school. We provide personalized assistance in a variety of areas, understanding that when parents thrive, their children follow suit. Here's how we can help:

School-Related Support: We help parents navigate issues with their children’s education, including understanding school policies, handling disciplinary concerns, and supporting their children's academic growth.

Emotional and Mental Health Support: Parenting can be overwhelming. We’re here to provide emotional support for parents struggling with stress, anxiety, or depression, and offer referrals to professional counseling when needed.

Financial Guidance: Financial strain can impact both the parent and child. We connect families to resources that can help with budgeting, managing debt, and finding assistance programs for food, utilities, and school supplies.

Housing and Job Assistance: Whether parents are facing challenges with housing stability or employment, our hotline offers guidance on finding job opportunities, improving job skills, and securing affordable housing.

Relationship Advice: Family dynamics can be complex, and we provide guidance on improving communication and resolving conflicts between parents and children, as well as advice for co-parenting situations.

Basic Skills and Education: We guide parents in improving their literacy, math, and technological skills, helping them support their children's learning and set a positive example.

Self-Esteem Building: Parenting can take a toll on self-confidence. We provide resources and support to help parents regain their self-esteem, which can positively impact family dynamics.

Weight Loss and Health Support: For parents seeking healthier lifestyles, we offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, and well-being, connecting them with community resources like fitness programs.

Time Management: Balancing work, family, and personal time is a challenge. We offer tips and strategies to help parents manage their schedules more effectively and reduce stress.

Parent-Child Communication: We teach parents effective communication techniques to build stronger relationships with their children, fostering trust and understanding at all stages of development.

Dealing with Peer Pressure: Peer influence can impact children significantly. We provide parents with tools to recognize and address peer pressure issues their children may be facing, offering strategies for positive reinforcement.

Discipline Strategies: Parenting requires a balance of love and discipline. We provide advice on age-appropriate discipline techniques that foster respect, responsibility, and positive behavior.

Navigating Bullying: Whether online or in person, bullying is a concern for many parents. We help parents recognize signs of bullying, provide resources to address it, and assist in communicating with schools to find solutions.

Building Resilience: We support parents in helping their children build resilience, teaching them to handle setbacks, disappointment, and adversity while growing emotionally stronger.

After-School Care Options: For working parents, after-school care is critical. We provide guidance on finding quality after-school programs and managing children’s activities to ensure they are safe and engaged.

Screen Time and Technology Management: With increasing digital exposure, we help parents manage their children's screen time and teach them how to implement healthy technology habits.

College and Career Planning: We assist parents in guiding their children through college preparation, career exploration, and helping them make decisions about their future paths.
